Course Curriculum:

Part 1: May 5th 

Creating the sacred space to release all shadow aspects. Altar is set with a black candle to release dark energies in the body systems.

Shadow Work is the process of diving deep within yourself into your subconscious exploring parts of yourself in which you have repressed and becoming aware of these darker aspects of self.

As you are searching the nooks and crannies of your mind, body and soul for your inner flame you realize that you feel the invocation pull you into a dimension to experience the reuniting of your ego with your higher-self. The guardians in the four directions are present to witness the rite of invocation. The gatekeepers of above and below are present to witness the reunification of ego and higher-self.

Awakening the dark Angel within incantation :

The Invocation of The Dark Angel   Here and Now Reach Deep within Here and Now I invoke the darkness and it begins The dark ascent into the abyss Searching for something that feels amiss Power of Light, Power of Darkness Walk within us, Awaken the sacred flame As we reclaim the power of our wildness as it cannot be tamed  Come now Merge with the primordial self Awaken! Awaken Awaken NOW and Know Thyself!

You feel the energies surrounding you in many sacred geometries that begin to emerge within your energetic body. As they merge with your light body you feel a series of codes come in as streams of ancient coded star wisdom. As the energies intensify you see the flame of your inner core in your mind's eye and you see it is just dim. You come to understand that you can control this flame with intent and energies that need transformation. Remember my teachings from the past that the element of fire transforms.

Part 2: May 12th 

Recognizing your Shadow Aspects Meditation Light up the geometries in the body with Light Language.

Relight that flame that illuminates corners of your reality that seem dark.

Relighting the flame is simple and you must do it so that you can see your weaknesses such as,

Repeating patterns with toxic relationships

Weak/ No boundaries

Self Sabotage

Lack of Confidence

Jealousy

Anxiety

Comparing Yourself To Others

Always Putting Yourself Last

Addictions

Meditation to visit your shadow aspects and ask each one what it needs. I will facilitate the process.

Practice being Present and Conscious

Meditation of clearing your generational Trauma and claiming your generational strengths. I will facilitate the process

What shadow aspect do you see in other people that are a direct reflection of your shadow aspect?

Part 3: May 19th 

Your Anger?

It's telling you where you feel powerless.

Your Anxiety?

It's telling you that something within your life is out of balance.

Your Fears?

It's telling you what you care about.

Your Apathy?

It's telling you where you're overextending yourself and burning yourself out.

Remember your feelings are not random they messengers

Unbagging your memories, breaking down the boxes inside your head that you have completely forgotten the scenario that happened.

Remember the mountains that you carry are actually the ones that you must climb. This will be facilitated by me and removed with sacred sound. We will climb those mountains together. The energies will shift in your cathedral as we speak and contain you in sacred space.

All the Shadow self must be lit up to see yourself from a different perspective so that you can tell where transformation has happened. Next exercise is Tending The Flame: which is facilitated by me and will include sacred tones.

Integrating the Shadow Self while the flame is still lit engulfing it in the Divine flame of self this is a facilitated activation with me using different codings and activations to carefully install the new codings for the shadow self.
