Sound Healing: We are all composed of music. The concept of sound healing is rooted in the idea that everything in the universe is made of vibrations. Sound healing is feasible because the human body is not solid; it is held together by vibrations, much like a finely tuned musical instrument. The body is rhythmic. Disease can be described as any disorder, disruption, or disharmony within the body. Sound vibration has long been used as a response to disease and illness in our pursuit of well-being. In this hands-on class, we will learn how to use both weighted and non-weighted tuning forks on and around the body, the correct way to hold and activate each one, and for how long.
